- Year 11 examination arrangements
  Year 11 students had an advice and guidance assembly on Thursday 9th May that focused upon how to approach the summer examinations, the routines and protocols to be followed and the behaviour expectations before, during and after the examinations. - Key Stage 4 Course Choice Process for Year 9 students - distribution of Final Choice Form - 1st March 2013
  We have now reached the following events in the Key Stage 4 Course Choice Process:
- Year 10 Science Controlled Assessment
  On Monday February 4th Year 10 students in Science sets 2-5 will carry out the first part of their controlled assessment for the "GCSE Science A" course.
- New Build: Learning Support Centre
  The building of our new Learning and Support Centre, which will provide appropriate and long awaited accommodation for students with special educational needs and students on alternative programmes, is due to commence on Monday 28th January (some preparation will take place from Wednesday 23rd January)

In becoming successful learners we want all our students to develop a love of learning, to recognise that learning is a lifelong activity and that the skills they acquire and develop are transferrable.

Students leave school for the Easter break: Wednesday 27th March, 3.10pm

Students return to school: Monday 15th April, 8.40am

Admissions to Wilmslow High School - September 2013

Friday 1st March 2013 is the date for release of offers for admission to Wilmslow High School in September 2013.

The deadline for accepting or declining places is Monday 18th March 2013.

The PTA at Wilmslow High is an enthusiastic group of parents who are committed to working with the school and raising funds, which enable the students to have resources in addition to that provided by the school budget.

Wilmslow High School was awarded Specialist Sports College status in September of 2003. Fundamental to our cause is that Physical Education and Sport can enrich people's lives and that, as a school with a strong community focus, we can provide the means to a rich and healthy lifestyle.
