Student Services aims to provide a healthy, safe, mutually respectful environment in which students participate, are happy, have their individual needs met and are challenged to achieve.
Student Services: -
- Provides clear and consistent expectations
- Models respect and courtesy
- Operates an extensive monitoring programme
- Operates a comprehensive system of rewards and sanctions
- Supports individuals by agreeing and applying appropriate strategies
- Acts as an advocate for students
- Responds to the student voice
- Operates clear lines of communication
- Establishes clear and agreed operational protocols and adheres to them
- Liaises with Learning Support and Curriculum Teams
- Liaises with external agencies
- Liaises with parents and carers
- Provides or supports a range of extra curricular activities
- Develops new initiatives
