Certificate Presentation


Receiving/Collecting Examination Certificates


Any students who were entered for, and duly completed their exams/awards, will receive certificates to acknowledge their achievements. They do not arrive at the school, however, until October/November time, once the relevant exam boards have arranged for them to be printed and sent out to us.

As the certificates arrive in school, they are kept securely. Towards the end of November we pull out and collate any that we have received for Year 11 and Year 13. These will then be distributed to students in an afternoon presentation.

The presentation will be held in the 6th form learning area on Thursday 17th December 2015 for the Year 11s and Wednesday 6th January 2016 for the Year 13s.

Certificates for Years 9, 10 and 12 will remain locked away until students either leave school or reach the end of Year 11 or Year 13.

If any students wish to collect their certificates before then, or are unable to attend their presentation time, they are welcome to come in to school to collect them, but must telephone the reception to arrange a convenient appointment.
