3. SportSport 

As a specialist sports college we have an exceptional sporting pedigree. Students who are keen to pursue sport at a competitive level can represent the school at a range of sports including rugby, football, hockey, netball, tennis, trampolining, badminton and cricket. Our skilled and committed team of staff are dedicated to training students to compete at the highest level. Our senior football team often reaches the latter stages of the ESFA cup and were Cheshire champions in 2013; our senior rugby team reaching the quarter finals of the Daily Mail Cup in 2012 and 2013, the semi final in 2011 and 2015 and have been Cheshire champions in three of the past four seasons; our senior boys tennis team reached the national schools finals in 2013 and our senior girls team were also national finalists in 2014.  Our senior girls hockey team were indoor and outdoor Cheshire champions in 2013 and regularly play against some of the top schools in the country; our senior netball team were both Cheshire champions and national schools finalists in 2013.  Our U19 Elite boys trampolining team were national schools champions in 2013 and our U19 boys and girls novice teams were both national finalists in 2014 – 2015

We actively encourage all students to participate in sport, although this is not compulsory. Whatever your level of expertise, experience or interest, we hope to provide you with the opportunity to foster a life-long love of sport.
