Wilmslow High’s Senior Hockey team put in a determined performance against The Queen’s School, Chester, narrowly losing 1–0.
The players competed throughout and showed excellent teamwork and commitment in a close contest. Sophia Simon was named Player of the Match, while Ruby Ball received the Coaches’ Player award for her commanding performance on the pitch.
Thank you to Niamh White, Niamh Fitton and Emma Ecroyd for stepping up to support the senior side. There was plenty to be proud of despite the result.
