Our U12 netball team showed resilience, determination and team spirit in a challenging opening match against Newman Catholic School.
The opposition produced some outstanding play, with well-drilled players in key areas of the court. Wilmslow worked hard throughout, supporting one another and refusing to give up.
For some of the girls, this was their first experience of competitive netball. They represented the school with pride, showing great character and taking plenty of positives from the experience.
The team now has plenty to build on as the season continues and they compete for the Bowl.
