Parents’ Evenings and Events
Parent and Carer Evenings
Parents’ Evening will be face to face, in school, from 16.30-19.30. We use an appointment booking system called SchoolCloud.
You will be informed by email when an evening is set up and open for bookings. You can make and access your appointments through SchoolCloud (link below). You must login with the name we hold for you on our database (e.g. Jo/Joanne, Sam/Samuel). Specific instructions are sent to all parents in advance of the booking system opening. It is our expectation that all students attends this evening with their parent or carer, and in full school uniform.

Open Evening (for prospective Year 7 students) – Thursday 1 October
We will be welcoming visitors to our 2026 Open Evening on Thursday 1 October from 5.30-7.30pm with a short presentation from the Headteacher at approximately 5.40pm repeated at 6.40pm. This will provide an opportunity for you to meet us, our students and look around the school.
Please note that there is limited parking at school. If you are able to walk, please do, alternatively you can park in/around Sainsburys / The Rex or use the Broadway Meadow Car Park (the long stay car park near Wilmslow Leisure Centre). All entry to school will be through the Main Entrance which will be open from 5.20pm.

Open Morning – Friday 2 October
We will also be welcoming visitors to our 2026 Open Morning on Friday 2 October. A limited number of 45-minute tours will be available at the following times and to request a place you should complete this form: Open Morning Tours – Friday 2 October 2026 – Fill out form (This form will close on Sunday 27 September).
Tours will take place at the following times:
- Tour 1 – 9:15
- Tour 2 – 10.15am
- Tour 3 – 11.40am
- Tour 4 – 12.40pm
To support our safeguarding procedures, tours will only be provided where they have been pre-booked. We aim to provide as many places as possible, though we cannot guarantee a preferred tour time.
Please note that the tours will be led by 6th Form Students (with an accompanying adult). Senior staff will be available to answer any questions during the tour.
SEND School Tours
